Meet Grace Swartz – Your Guide to Graceful Aging
Grace M. Swartz – The short story is she is a passionate fitness trainer and life coach who focuses on helping you express the “you” that God made you to be!
Many of you may recognize Grace from her time with WWAY as host of Your Hometown Show, or the Being with Grace Podcast segment for Warrior Family Minstries. But that’s a side story.
After years in marketing, planning and promotion for companies like Dupont and Monsanto, Grace faced and recovered from an illness. Although she had previously been overweight and unfit, she had lost the weight and kept it off . The experience with “Cucuci’s Disease” drove home the need for more knowledge about creating lifelong health and fitness.
Saying goodbye to corporate America, Grace began her new journey as a Personal Trainer, Christian Group Fitness Instructor and Health Coach. She offers those services, with a special emphasis on adults, today.
