About Grace & Associates
After spending years in various corporate marketing and management positions at companies like Monsanto, DuPont and Fieldcrest, Grace had an epiphany. She decided she wanted to spend time helping women of all ages achieve a healthier lifestyle through exercise, lifestyle counseling, providing resources and being a facilitator to lead others to better way of life.
To that end she founded Renaissance Wellness in Charlotte, NC which became an umbrella organization for these goals. She moved Renaissance Wellness to Wilmington, NC in 2006 to be closer to the coast where she has a retreat center at Wrightsville Beach, NC. Grace has received fitness certifications in 11 different subject areas and is a member in good standing with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.
Lea Dewyea relocated to the Wilmington area in Feb 2008, from Columbia, SC where she had a very successful and thriving Personal Training Business. Becoming introduced into the Health Industry, first as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, she realized that her talents were best suited under the preventative realm of wellness. Having made that decision she became certified to teach aerobics in 1990 and has spent over 14 years training, competing and teaching her skills to other fitness enthusiast. Holding national certifications with NASM and the Academy of Marital Arts along with a pleatheria of other widely recognized, leading industry seminiars.
Lea expels an abundance amount of energy and motivation that becomes contagious in her presence. Her compassion for spiritual growth and helping others succeed is the essence that drives her focus to health and fitness. When not attending her two son’s football games, or running on the beach with her daughter, Lea enjoys spending her time soaking up the sun and reading her favorite fitness magazine at Wrightsville Beach, NC.
